The lip-smacking sweet and salty glaze recipe is ready in minutes thanks to a pure fruit puree. Pair with a side of rice and stir-fried vegetables for an easy and delicious meal.

Course: Main, Main Course, Mains
Cuisine: Asian
Servings: 4 (hover over the number to adjust)
Ingredients
  • 8 chicken thighs
  • 1/4 cup hoisin sauce
  • 1/2 cup blackcurrant puree
  • Fresh coriander leaves
Instructions
  1. Heat an oven to 375ºF.

  2. Season the chicken thighs and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Roast in the oven for 25 minutes.

  3. Brush with the hoisin-blackcurrant glaze and continue to cook for 5 minutes or until done.

  4. Serve garnished with fresh coriander.
