- 8 chicken thighs
- 1/4 cup hoisin sauce
- 1/2 cup blackcurrant puree
- Fresh coriander leaves
Heat an oven to 375ºF.
Season the chicken thighs and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Roast in the oven for 25 minutes.
Brush with the hoisin-blackcurrant glaze and continue to cook for 5 minutes or until done.
Serve garnished with fresh coriander.
